Harvesting

Our skilled jimadors, masters of agave, hand-select the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave plants, nurtured for seven years to peak sweetness.

Cooking

The agave is then carefully taken to our distillery, where they are hand-chopped to the desired size, placed inside traditional brick ovens, and baked for over 70 hours. This process caramelizes agave's natural sugars, forming the full and intense flavors of Inclusivo tequila.

Extraction

We extract the sweet nectar in both traditional tahona stone and modern roller mill methods. After extraction, the juice is fermented for three days, and the natural sugars turn into alcohol. This is what defines Inclusivo Tequilla — a rigorous process fusing tradition & innovation to craft an exceptional spirit!

Distillation

The fermented mixture also known as "mosto" is carefully distilled in small-batch copper pot stills, imparting a smooth profile to the spirit. To age the spirit, we patiently mature the tequila in oak barrels to craft our Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo tequilas.
